Family owned and operated since 1982.

 

Pizza Heaven Bistro has created culinary masterpieces of classic Italian food since 1982. As a family owned restaurant, we pay special attention to what our customers want. We offer an entire VEGAN menu and include GLUTEN FREE options. We have received numerous awards and recognition, including New Times’ “Best of Phoenix” & Channel 3 News for having “The Cleanest Kitchen in the Valley”.

We carry extra-lean meats, homemade sausage, and fresh produce (local and organic when available). We hand-toss our pizzas and bake them in our brick oven. We make our dough fresh every morning with only 5 ingredients: flour, yeast, salt, oil and purified water.

Meet the Owner

Patricia Hasbun moved to the Valley of the Sun in 1979 where her passion for cooking drew her to open Pizza Heaven Bistro in the heart of Phoenix. She values the importance of providing fresh, local and unique dishes and created an entire vegan menu with homemade recipes like the “Veggie Balls”, our “Vegan Alfredo Fettuccine”, the famous “Angel Bites” dessert, and many more. 99% of everything served at Pizza Heaven Bistro is homemade and her own recipe!

She cherishes the community she has built with her customers and employees— some employees have worked with her for over 35 years! Pizza Heaven has grown to be one big family, in addition to her own three kids that currently help manage and run the establishment.
